Maintaining the same standard of quality, Bensen Creek is now proud to offer guests the Caribou House B&B located in Dawson City, Yukon.
The Caribou House B&B is a two-story house with a deck, one bedroom (queen size bed), living area, full bathroom and kitchen. Catering to just one party at a time, the B&B sleeps up to a maximum of five people.
Located at 1095 7th Avenue (the corner of 7th and King Street), the B&B is just a 5 minute walk from downtown Dawson City. It is near the Moosehide hiking trailhead and on the way to the Dome road.
Price: $135.00 for two people per night, and $25.00 per each additional person. Price includes: Breakfast, telephone (local calls only), internet, tv, vcr, 2 bicycles and treadmill.
Wilderness Trips: All wilderness trips are available by reservation as listed on Experience the Wilderness page.
Terms of business
- All prices in Canadian dollars
- All prices subject to a 7% federal tax (foreign visitors may apply for a partial refund)
- I accept cash, personal cheques and traveller's cheques. I do not accept credit cards at this time.
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of your booking.
- A 25% cancellation fee will be applied for bookings canceled less than 30 days before scheduled arrival.
- All guests must sign Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability forms if participating in wilderness activities.
- All guests must have personal traveler's insurance if participating in wilderness activities.
- If participating in wilderness activities, I reserve the right to cancel a wilderness activity at any time, if the quality of the activity or safety is judged to be compromised. A refund for 'the activity' will constitute full settlement.
- Schedule: I accommodate new arrivals after 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 p.m.
- All smoking is outdoors.
