Terms of Business

  • All prices in Canadian dollars
  • All prices subject to a 5% federal tax
  • We accept cash, online transfer and traveller's cheques
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of your booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date
  • A 25% cancellation fee will be applied for bookings canceled less than 30 days before scheduled arrival
  • We reserve the right to cancel a wilderness activity at any time, if the quality of the activity or safety is judged to be compromised. A refund for 'the activity' will constitute full settlement
  • All guests must sign Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability forms upon arrival
  • All guests must have personal traveler's insurance
  • Schedule: we accommodate new arrivals after 4 p.m. and checkout is 12 p.m.
  • All smoking is outdoor
  • Pets are allowed on the main floor of the accommodation, and must be in the care and control of the owner
